Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for purchases made through clapnationsystems.co.

Clapnation Systems provides digital products only, including Playbooks, Toolkits, and Systems. These products are intangible digital intellectual property delivered electronically.

By purchasing from Clapnation Systems, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in Section 6 (Technical Failure).

This applies without limitation, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Misunderstanding of the product

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

  • Incorrect expectations of outcomes, results, or value

  • Dissatisfaction with content, format, or structure

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of use after purchase

  • Personal preference or workflow incompatibility

  • Alleged lack of benefit or perceived value

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund once access has been provided.

3. Definition of Delivery and Access (No-Loophole Clause)

For the purpose of this policy, a product is considered “delivered” and “accessed” once any of the following occurs:

  • The product is made available within the user’s account

  • A download is enabled or made available

  • Access instructions are issued (including by email)

  • The user is granted the ability to access or retrieve the product in any form

Actual download, opening, usage, or review of the product is not required for delivery or access to be deemed complete.

Once delivery or access has occurred, the transaction is fully fulfilled and non-reversible.

4. Digital Nature of Products

All Clapnation Systems products are delivered digitally and are non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property:

  • Products cannot be returned once accessed

  • Access cannot be “undone”

  • The value of the product is considered transferred upon access

This forms the basis for the strict no-refund policy.

5. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before making a purchase, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product descriptions carefully

  • Understanding the nature of digital products

  • Reviewing all applicable policies (Terms, Delivery Policy, etc.)

  • Ensuring the product is suitable for your needs

Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Limited Exception — Technical Delivery Failure

A refund may be considered only in the rare case where:

  • The purchased product cannot be delivered or accessed, and

  • Clapnation Systems is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts

Conditions:

  • You must contact info@clapnation.co

  • You must provide sufficient information to verify the issue

  • Clapnation must be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve access

A refund will be issued only if delivery failure is confirmed and cannot be remedied.

This exception applies strictly to genuine technical delivery failure only and does not apply to dissatisfaction or any subjective reason.

7. Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request review:

  • Contact info@clapnation.co within a reasonable timeframe

  • Provide proof of duplicate purchase

Clapnation Systems reserves full discretion to approve or deny any refund or adjustment.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Clapnation Systems before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account access

  • Revocation of product access

  • Legal recovery of funds

  • Additional fees, costs, and damages

Clapnation Systems reserves the right to challenge and dispute all chargebacks inconsistent with this policy.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Circumvention

Clapnation Systems reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend access, or take legal action in cases of:

  • Fraudulent refund attempts

  • Abuse of support or dispute processes

  • Attempts to exploit policy loopholes

  • Repeated or bad-faith refund requests

  • Attempts to retain access while requesting a refund

  • Any effort to circumvent this policy or the Terms & Conditions

10. Access Revocation Without Refund

Clapnation Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • A breach of the Terms & Conditions is detected

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution is identified

  • Misuse of the product or system occurs

Termination of access due to breach does not create any entitlement to a refund.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Refund Policy should be read together with:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Policy

  • Privacy Policy

In the event of any inconsistency, Clapnation Systems reserves the right to interpret and apply policies in a manner that protects its intellectual property and business model, subject to applicable law.

12. Legal Exception

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights that may be provided under applicable law where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where required by law, refunds or remedies will be provided in accordance with those legal obligations.

13. Changes to This Policy

Clapnation Systems reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the website or products may constitute acceptance of the revised policy, subject to applicable law.
