3. Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of payment, purchased products are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

Delivery is therefore considered a digital-access model, not a shipping model.
To access any purchased product, the customer is required to have a valid account on the Clapnation Systems platform. Access to products is linked to that account and is intended for the purchasing user only.
4. Account Requirement
A customer account is required in order to access purchased products.
By purchasing from Clapnation Systems, you acknowledge and agree that:

you must create and maintain an account in order to receive and access your purchase,

access to purchased products is linked to your account,
-
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,

you are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate and up to date.
If you provide an incorrect email address, fail to complete account setup, or are unable to access your account due to your own login or device issues, this may affect your ability to access your purchased product.
Clapnation Systems is not responsible for failed access caused by inaccurate customer information or failure to maintain account access.
5. Delivery Timing
All digital products are intended to be delivered instantly after successful payment.
This means that, once payment has been completed and accepted, the customer should ordinarily receive:

access to the purchased product through their account,

and/or relevant confirmation or access communication by email,

and/or immediate availability of the product download.
Although delivery is intended to be instant, actual access may occasionally be affected by technical factors outside immediate control, including:

6. Download Limit
Each purchased product includes one (1) download per person.
This means:

the purchase is tied to one individual user,

one download is permitted for that user,
-
the download right may not be transferred, reassigned, or used by another person.
The one-download limit forms part of the controlled delivery and licensing structure of Clapnation Systems and is intended to protect the integrity of the intellectual property being sold.
Customers are therefore strongly advised to securely store any downloaded files once the download has been completed.
If a customer loses access to a downloaded file, changes devices, or encounters a file storage issue after download, any further access or assistance will be handled at Clapnation’s discretion and in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions.
7. Lifetime Access
Where account-based access is provided, purchased products are intended to remain available to the purchasing user on a lifetime access basis.
For the purpose of this policy, “lifetime access” means access for the ongoing life of the product within Clapnation Systems and the user’s continued compliance with applicable terms, policies, and account requirements.
Lifetime access does not mean:

transfer of ownership,

unrestricted distribution rights,

guaranteed compatibility with every future device or platform,

or continued access in circumstances where access is suspended or terminated due to breach of the Terms & Conditions.
Lifetime access remains subject to:

continued operation of the platform,

continued availability of the relevant product,

maintenance of the user account,

and the customer’s compliance with Clapnation’s legal and usage policies.
Clapnation Systems reserves the right to modify the method of access, account environment, or product delivery infrastructure over time, provided that reasonable efforts are made to preserve legitimate customer access where applicable.
8. Customer Responsibility for Access
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to ensure successful access to their digital purchases.
This includes responsibility for:

entering the correct email address at checkout,

creating and maintaining the required account,

checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders,
-
using a compatible device, browser, and internet connection,

securely storing downloaded files after download,

customer-side device or software issues,

9. Failed, Delayed, or Missing Delivery

10. No Physical Shipping
Clapnation Systems does not ship physical goods.
Accordingly:

no customs, import, or delivery carrier obligations arise in relation to standard digital product purchases.
Any reference to “delivery” on the website refers to digital delivery only.
11. No Refunds Following Delivery
Because Clapnation Systems products are digital products delivered instantly and/or made accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Once delivery has been completed by way of:

Because only one download is permitted per person, customers should treat downloaded files as controlled licensed materials and store them appropriately.
